GetPlus User Agreement

Welcome to GetPlus. By accessing or using the GetPlus application and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Service Accuracy and Continuity
We are dedicated to constantly improving GetPlus. As a result, there may be brief periods where information is being updated, leading to temporary delays or inaccuracies in product descriptions or availability.
While we strive for precision, we cannot guarantee that all information, images, or specifications are error-free at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify services without prior notice to ensure the best possible experience.
Membership and Billing
Certain features of GetPlus require a paid subscription (“Subscription”). Billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis, determined by the cycle you select (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly).
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period under the original terms unless cancelled by you or us. You may manage your renewal settings or cancel your subscription directly through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
Trial Periods
GetPlus may, at its discretion, offer a limited-time Free Trial for new users.
To activate a Free Trial, you may be asked to provide payment details. You will not be charged until the trial period concludes. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, the standard subscription fee for your chosen plan will be automatically charged.
We reserve the right to modify or revoke Free Trial offers at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
You are not locked into a long-term contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your service settings, provided the cancellation is processed at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
If you choose to cancel mid-cycle, your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be applied, but we generally do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where mandated by law.
Pricing Updates
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees. In such cases, we will provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice regarding any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect serves as your agreement to the new rates.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at our discretion.
Proprietary Rights
The GetPlus Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and its licensors. Our trademarks and intellectual property are protected by the laws of the UAE and international copyright regulations. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability

Failure to enforce any right within these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms apply. By continuing to use GetPlus after updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
